Solicitors Own Software (SOS) clients can now access award-winning technology services provider, InfoTrack via their case management system, as the two platforms are connected in a seamless two-way integration, key to optimising conveyancing workflows.
Integration between firm-wide legal solution, SOS, and InfoTrack, facilitates the seamless passing of information from the SOS matter, into the InfoTrack platform, and then back through into the SOS matter and ledger. This saves time and promotes efficiency, enabling users to maintain the consistency of data between platforms whilst removing the need to manually re-key information – reducing the possibility of human error. This stand-out two way integration provides SOS users with a connection to all the key conveyancing tasks and tools to optimise workflows.
InfoTrack provides access to all the key conveyancing and Land Registry searches, indemnities and due diligence products, as well as the innovative electronic contract pack (eCOS) tool, the electronic submission of SDLT forms, and management of AP1 applications through the award-winning AP1 dashboard tool. InfoTrack and SOS collaborate to make the conveyancing process simpler, faster and more enjoyable for their users.
Clive Meredith, Practice Director at Wollen Michelmore says: “We’ve now fully adopted InfoTrack searches and AML modules. Both modules are integrated with SOS Connect allowing client data to be brought through from Connect into the InfoTrack forms, saving users time and preventing duplication of data entry. All documents are saved back automatically into the matter and costs get written to the ledger. As a reasonably large firm, this saves a huge amount of time and it has given us a scalable solution for growth. We’ve been really impressed with the software.”
Graham Colbourne from SOS comments, “As a progressive and client-centric business, SOS strives to integrate with partners that provide our users with innovative, time saving systems that add value and become essential to their processes. We believe InfoTrack fits all these requirements, and we look forward to working with them long term for the benefit of our clients.”
Phil Whitehead, General Manager of Alliances says, “We are delighted to now be integrated with SOS to offer an efficient way to procure information and perform conveyancing. Working with SOS is a great fit for InfoTrack, as we share a strong emphasis on great technology that saves time and delivers productivity to firms of all sizes, and as two client-centric businesses, we strive to collaborate with providers who challenge the norm and evolve the processes through the best technology available, thus allowing our clients to reap the benefits.”
