The legal services provider, InfoTrack, who have more than 50% market share in Australia and have been operating in the UK since 1 July 2015, say their rapid growth to 100 customers is due to their ability to build and evolve technologies that alleviate process based challenges for conveyancers.
InfoTrack provides conveyancers with the ability to submit SDLT and transfer AP1 forms, as well as perform their searches, in one user-friendly platform. Furthermore, data is pre-populated so conveyancers also save time, and any keying errors are greatly reduced.

The feedback from our customers show they are very happy with the simplicity of our technology and appreciate the agile approach we have of working to evolve the conveyancing market. The announcement comes just a day after Veyo announced that they will not be investing any further funds into their own development.
Bozinis continues “Veyo have cited that their decision is based on a shift within the market. We agree that the market is going through marked change, as law firms fundamentally need services that are simply not currently available to them within a single website. There is clearly demand for law firms to work with a service provider who can simplify and support more of the conveyancing process, as well as the conveyancing searches. This is where we are continuing to focus our efforts, as it will enable a true evolvement of the market.”
