10 Years, 10 People, 10 Questions

With Kelly Cutler, Sales Support Manager

As InfoTrack celebrates its 10-year anniversary, we’re spotlighting the people who helped shape the journey. In this edition, we sat down with Kelly Cutler, Sales Support Manager, to ask her 10 questions about the last 10 years, what’s changed, what’s mattered, and what makes InfoTrack special.

Kelly 10 years 10 people 10 questions

1. You’ve been with InfoTrack since day one. What do you remember about those early days, and what made you want to be part of the journey?

I joined InfoTrack through the acquisition of STL and have been with the business for around 19 years. What excited me was the range of products and the clear benefits they offered our clients. I love a challenge and learning new things, so the opportunity to be part of something new and innovative really appealed to me.

2. You’ve worked across Customer Service, Account Management, and now Sales Support. What’s been the most rewarding part of evolving with the business?

For me, the most rewarding part has been helping people grow. Especially seeing team members progress from Helpdesk into Account Management or landing major clients, it's fulfilling to play a part in their journey.

3. You’ve seen plenty of innovation over the years. Which product launch or milestone stands out most for you, and why?

AP1 stands out the most. Seeing how it’s evolved from the early days to now has been amazing. More recently, the work we’re doing around enquiries also excites me. It tackles one of the most admin-heavy tasks in law firms, and I can see it becoming a product clients will love.

4. You returned from maternity leave to take on a brand new role as Knowledge Manager. How did that shift influence your perspective?

Coming back after maternity leave definitely gave me a new perspective. Having my daughter helped me prioritise better. I feel like I walked in taller, more confident, more decisive, you know? Able to take on the task ahead of me and not get overwhelmed so easily.

5. As InfoTrack grew, so did the challenge of keeping everyone informed. How did you tackle the need for better knowledge sharing across teams and clients?

It’s all about collaboration and communication. I made sure to be part of meetings across different teams, like Helpdesk and Product, so we could share ideas and flag anything important. I’d then work with other departments to come up with solutions and feed that back across the business.

6. Fast-forward to today, you lead Sales Support. What does that role look like in practice and what makes it tick?

Sales Support is all about making things easier for the sales team and helping them deliver great service. We handle the heavy admin so Account Managers can focus on training and supporting clients. We also manage product feedback, ensure issues are resolved efficiently, and keep the team informed when new products or updates roll out.

7. From 1,000,000 digital submissions to industry-changing integrations, you’ve seen a lot. What achievement are you proudest of?

Two moments stand out for me. Being Head of Account Management during COVID was a big one. More recently, being asked to lead the Sales Support team and build out the product feedback process has been a huge achievement.

8. InfoTrack’s always been about its people. What do you think makes the culture here so unique, and what role does your team play in that?

My team’s role is all about building relationships. It’s really about collaboration and connecting with different people and skill sets, and I think my team does that well.

9. What keeps you motivated after 10 years - especially on the tough days?

I genuinely believe we’re number one in the industry. What we have here is incredibly special. We have fantastic products, a great product team, and talented developers. All the ideas we put together collaboratively are really moving the needle and paving the way for others to follow.

10. And finally, if you could give your day-one self a bit of advice, what would it be?

Believe in yourself. You have the ability to go far, even if you don’t feel it right away. InfoTrack will help you build that confidence, you just have to work hard and trust in your own abilities.
