How technology can support you with CQS compliance

Changes to the CQS Standard in 2019 have seen the introduction of onsite assessments, which are both technical and qualitative, and require CQS accredited firms to show compliance, throughout the practice, as well as the ability to evidence, through the conduct of their conveyancing transactions, the Core Practice Management Standards and the Conveyancing Protocol.

The webinar will explore the role of legal technology, its application to ensure and demonstrate documentable evidence of compliance with CQS and how law firms can use technology to ease the administrative burden, reducing the associated risks and improving their compliance processes.

Tracy Thompson, authorised Assessor for CQS will give insights on her own findings and approach about the pilot on-site assessment with the CFA, guiding attendees through the importance of raising standards across the sector.

Attendees will have an opportunity at the end of the first part of the webinar to ask Tracy questions.
