InfoTrack Celebrates a Decade of Digital Conveyancing

InfoTrack UK are celebrating 10 years of technology firsts that have transformed the industry and the home moving process.

A decade of driving innovation

InfoTrack opened its doors in 2015 with a big vision to make conveyancing easier, smarter and more efficient for law firms and their clients. In its first year, the company’s first major innovation was to introduce the UK’s first digital AP1 submission, the process used to update HM Land Registry, setting a new standard for the industry.

Trusted by thousands of law firms

Today, the platform is one of the UK’s most widely used legal technology services, trusted by more than 2,400 law firms and 25,000 conveyancers, representing around two thirds of the conveyancing profession in England and Wales. Its software underpins thousands of daily transactions across the country, acting as a digital backbone for modern conveyancing teams.

Industry firsts and milestones

In 2019, InfoTrack launched eCOS, its Electronic Client Onboarding Solution, allowing law firms to gather client information and verify identities digitally – a capability that became essential during the pandemic. During this challenging period, it became the first provider to support electronically signed deeds, helping firms adapt quickly within weeks of HM Land Registry’s approval. Since launch, eCOS has onboarded over one million people, easing administrative pressure and reducing risk from day one. Over the years, the business has redefined how law firms manage key stages of a property transaction, from being first to digitise Enquiries and contract packs to enabling over a million property Searches each year.

A platform at the heart of home moving

Connecting conveyancers to hundreds of local authorities, HM Land Registry, HM Revenue & Customs and dozens of complementary legal service providers, the platform sits at the core of the UK’s digital conveyancing process. With offices in Woking, London and Leeds, InfoTrack is the most awarded business in conveyancing software, winning multiple industry accolades including several coveted British Legal Technology Awards and, most recently, the King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation for transforming the conveyancing sector through technology.

Scott Bozinis, Chief Executive Office at InfoTrack, said: "Our 10-year anniversary is a moment to thank our clients and our team for trusting us and challenging us every step of the way. We started InfoTrack with the belief that technology should take away complexity and give lawyers more time to focus on their clients. From day one, our goal has been to make conveyancing better for everyone. Our success has always come from listening to our clients and building solutions that fit around the way they work. That belief is as true today as it was ten years ago. We are excited about the next chapter and the new innovations we will bring to the industry."
