InfoTrack Launches New ‘Enquiries’ Solution to Mark 10-Year Anniversary

As InfoTrack marks 10 years of digital conveyancing innovation, the company has today launched Enquiries, a reimagined solution designed to help law firms get this critical part of the transaction off to the best possible start.

With the average residential property transaction now taking 19 weeks to complete, the enquiries stage continues to be a major source of delay and frustration across the industry. A 2025 industry survey found that 57 percent of conveyancers felt the relevance of pre-contract enquiries had declined over the past year, while 66 percent said the volume of enquiries had increased, highlighting the need for faster and more focused enquiry handling.

Developed in close collaboration with the conveyancing community, InfoTrack’s offering will enable firms to generate focused, Conveyancing Quality Scheme-aligned questions at speed, without needing to manually review each individual document. The tool intelligently analyses data from Title Registers, TA forms, search results and LPE1s to suggest matter-specific enquiries based on the information that’s unique to the file. Each suggested question is mapped to Conveyancing Association protocols, cutting out vague, excessive or non-compliant requests that slow transactions down and frustrate clients. Conveyancers maintain full control, with the ability to review, tailor or remove any enquiry before sharing them with the other side.

By taking the heavy lifting out of reviewing documents and helping firms quickly raise better questions from the outset, InfoTrack’s Enquiries solution enables a smoother, less stressful process for conveyancers while helping reduce delays later in the transaction.

Part of a decade of progress

Launching as part of InfoTrack’s 10-Year Anniversary, Enquiries builds on a decade of working closely with conveyancers to modernise how property transactions are managed, delivering integrated, intuitive solutions that help firms progress matters with greater confidence and control.

Toby Clench, Head of Conveyancing, Kidwells Solicitors, said:InfoTrack’s Enquiries offering has been a breath of fresh air. Being able to generate focused, relevant questions without trawling through every document is already saving our team hours each week. Because it’s shaped by conveyancers, it actually reflects how we work day to day. The result is fewer delays, better conversations with the other side, and confidence across the team that we’re raising the right enquiries, right from the beginning.”

Louise Edwardes, Head of Product at InfoTrack UK, said: "As we mark 10 years of digital conveyancing, it’s fitting that we’re launching a solution shaped so closely by the conveyancers we’ve worked alongside. The enquiries process is one of the most frustrating and time-consuming parts of a property transaction. Enquiries has been built to enable firms to get off to the best possible start by generating relevant, best practice questions faster, while keeping the user firmly in control. We’re grateful to our partners who helped shape the solution, which we know will deliver real impact from day one."
