Speed vs Certainty – what is the enabler - panel session

Speed vs Certainty: what is the enabler?

What is more important to each stakeholder, speed or certainty?
Lenders want to lend, law firms are tired of chasing calls and borrowers just want to know what’s happening in the darkest corners of the conveyancing process. So, we ask the question, how can we make it faster? How can we set better expectations at the forefront? And lastly, which holds more value for our customer, the borrower?
